Having a cleaning environment is really important and she was with her long hair on her face. Took money and at the same time manipulated food. The second time was so different. The woman who was there was so kind and nice. Our order was ready in short time. Having a good customer service is so important.“

“Went for my 1st time today. Was disappointed because they were out of hamburgers and really wanted a burger. Tried the chicken sandwich and grandson got the tenders. It was very good. Both meals together came out even cheaper than McDonalds and was much better. Hopefully next time they have burgers. Will definitely go back.“

“Very good cheese steaks and a decent value for the money. While not up to the standard of the real thing out of Philly, they were moist with plenty of tasty meat

I almost reduced the ratings by four stars because they asked me if I wanted lettuce and mayonnaise on it. :-) which is an automatic sign that someone doesn't understand true Philly cheesesteaks. But given that we're in Georgia, I let the five-star stand.“

“My first time at a Cook Out. The double burger was tasty, onion rings were done perfectly, and the cole slaw was good. Not impressed with the BBQ sandwich topped with slaw. I didn't taste any BBQ sauce or flavor. The shakes were good, you need a spoon to eat them.“
