Consistently great sushi, starters, etc. We have been Taka guests since he was open on Pfarr Road. He's a fantastic sushi chef, obviously a great boss because his staff stays with him for years.

Taka Japanese Sushi Restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The food is incredibly fresh and full of flavor — every roll we tried had the perfect balance of taste and texture. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in their presentation.
The service was just as impressive. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.
