Did an online order, ordered 2 apple turnovers, and were not in the bag when I opened it. Called the store where my order was placed and was informed that said item was sold out, yet they didn't call or tell me that information in person. Emailed corporate, but haven't received any response yet.

I had to repeat my order twice and they still got it wrong.Update: I followed the link supplied below and filled out the form. It seemed to be a very handy customer service form and I was happy that I had room for all the info that I needed to supply. Upon submission it malfunctioned and wouldn't allow me to submit my report.

For the 5th time in 2 months I've been told that "we are currently out of roast beef". This is unacceptable to say the least. I belive they don't want to work and if a shift change is coming maybe they're pawning it off to the next shift. Either way it needs to be fixed. This place has little to no management at all.Secondly, being told every single time to pull up to the cone and I'll bring your order out is infuriating. This poor practice of cheating the order timer is fooling nobody and the owners who are never in site and probably haven't set foot in the location don't know or doesn't care. No, your cheese sticks didn't take 48 seconds to prepare, it actually took 7 minutes and I've been waiting just like everyone else. This is a sad State of Affairs that all fast food has come to and Arby's is not premium fast food it is just like McDonald's, Zaxby's, Sonic, or any of the other terrible places around here. The poor customer service by hiring teenagers and others who don't want to work is sad. Your $7 sandwich shows that you can afford to do better.

Customer service here sucks. I sat in line 30 minutes. Mind you, there were only 2 cars in front of me. They took orders 1 at a time. They really need better staff. No apology, smile....nothing for my wait. If you can't multi task, you should not be running the drive-tru. I will not be back to this location.
