Did an online order, ordered 2 apple turnovers, and were not in the bag when I opened it. Called the store where my order was placed and was informed that said item was sold out, yet they didn't call or tell me that information in person. Emailed corporate, but haven't received any response yet.

For the 5th time in 2 months I've been told that "we are currently out of roast beef". This is unacceptable to say the least. I belive they don't want to work and if a shift change is coming maybe they're pawning it off to the next shift. Either way it needs to be fixed. This place has little to no management at all.Secondly, being told every single time to pull up to the cone and I'll bring your order out is infuriating. I love Arby's, but this place RAN OUT OF ROAST BEEF! How can that happen? I thought they "have the meats"...Then I had to wait in a space for fries.I hope they stay open, so I encourage everyone to go. But they gotta step up their game.
