Arby's offers good food, including their 2-9 piece nugget meals and mozzarella sticks. The customer service is superb, and the Happy Hour specials from 2pm-5pm are a great deal. However, some customers have experienced long wait times, both in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant, and occasionally receive lukewarm food. Despite this, Arby's is known for having good meats and overall, serves good stuff.
