“OK, we all know. The food is great and nobody can say anything bad about the service but the atmosphere is a little too generic. I would like for it to be a little more quirky a little more vibes maybe local vibes or church vibes yeah I like church vibes. Also, can we improve the music and make it more beach music on Saturday and you’re closed on Sunday so we can’t do church music on Sunday can we do church music on Monday just asking.“
“Yesterday I was in town for a conference and Molly in the drive through was courteous, well mannered, and was kind in taking my delivery and patient when I asked for information on an item. Chick-fil-A sets the standard for customer service but that young lady deserves a promotion or at the very least; acknowledgement from higher up. Thank you Molly. Mr. Kc“
“They have great food it is clean the people R very nice. The problem we seen was they didn't give us our receipt & if u don.t get your food u have no proof so please give receipts & people keep your receipts until u get your food & make sure it is right then u can through your receipt away OK.....“
“Waiting for food at this location is difficult. The time estimate is rarely correct - either being much later than expected or sooner. Outside and in the waiting area smells like greasy potatoes. It would be a good reminder for employees to wash their hands after touching their hair. I’ve seen several touch their hair then food.“
“Barbara has 10/10 customer service. She has a very positive attitude while maintaining quality service. If anyone should get employee of the month it should be her. I come to this chic fil an all the time and have never received such quality service. The food being good is a given but the service has never been better.“
“Chick-fil-a New Bern saved my party yesterday. I arrived 30 minutes before the party only to realize my catering order never went through on the app. Needed a large tray of 200 nuggets at 12:30 lunchtime on a Saturday. They had it ready in 10 minutes and provided extra sauces. I will forever be grateful to this location! They saved my sons birthday party!“
