“I used the mobile app feature. I forgot I was in a rental as my car is in the shop for repairs so I selected my usual vehicle. Caused a bit of confusion, understandably so, but Heather made a comment that was unnecessary. “Totally wrong car” and walked off. I made a mistake as humans do. There’s nicer ways to let people know.“
“As always, the place was busy but this particular facility had no indoor dining but it was a nice day so it was easy to sit outside except for all the cars coming in and out of the parking lot and sometimes left running next to you while they went to get an order. Food as always was very good“
“Waiting for food at this location is difficult. The time estimate is rarely correct - either being much later than expected or sooner. Outside and in the waiting area smells like greasy potatoes. It would be a good reminder for employees to wash their hands after touching their hair. I’ve seen several touch their hair then food.“
“They have great food it is clean the people R very nice. The problem we seen was they didn't give us our receipt & if u don.t get your food u have no proof so please give receipts & people keep your receipts until u get your food & make sure it is right then u can through your receipt away OK.....“

“Chick-fil-a New Bern saved my party yesterday. I arrived 30 minutes before the party only to realize my catering order never went through on the app. Needed a large tray of 200 nuggets at 12:30 lunchtime on a Saturday. They had it ready in 10 minutes and provided extra sauces. I will forever be grateful to this location! They saved my sons birthday party!“
