If it were me, I'd promote her post-haste. She is a phenomenal person. If this post is even read, I'd hire her in a heartbeat. Her best trait, she dealt with me (I can be very disconcerting) flawlessly. I noticed the (manger) attempting to review/coach her and her input was unneeded. Especially in the field of thoroughness.
