The drive through is criticized for being unforgivably slow, with an hour wait for three cars or 20 minutes for two cars, making it impossible to get a quick coffee before work. The shop is not made for high volume, having fewer employees per shift, baking all bakery items in-house, and using only one espresso machine. For dining in, there is a large round table for groups, smaller tables and booths, making it a perfect spot for a short get together or a Bible study. Drinks and pastries are tasty, and the coffee is good. Some customers decide not to have coffee to avoid staying awake all night.
