The cute cashier was slow and very unprofessional. The place was empty of all but a few customers but sticky and badly in need of cleaning. The iced coffee was so week it could not make the milk in it change color. Instead of recognizing a problem,most likely twice thru the grounds, she complained it had been like that all morning. When asked if a senior citizen discount was available she said no but she would give me a discount anyway. At this rate this place will go out of business....read full review

First the chick in drive was very rude. Saying "whatcha say" i said nothing so she cleared the ignorance up. I got coffee and two doughnuts. This stupid female didn't have the top on the coffee burned my hand dpilled in my car and she still charged me and did not fix me another cup. This place is very unprofessional. Management needs to train these people better. Im disgusted and very angry.

This place must have gone through a sudden change in staff / management. Multiple times in the past month in both drive thru and walk in has my order been wrong. Even when ordering through the app, a seemingly mindless way to allow the incompetent staff to follow simple instructions, my order gets screwed up. This was never an issue until recently.
