The place looks so run down. The service was poor. I ordered a large #1 combo and added ketchup. They bring me 4 Krystal with cheese, extra mustard, and a medium coke and fries, I said I ordered a large combo and paid for a large combo, and she said I did not take your order, so I don't know what you ordered and then swapped it for a large drink and fries.
The food was good, just didn't get what I paid for, felt like I was rushed to hurry up and had to pull up to wait...kind of confusing and frustrating. I love Krystals but Garden City's restaurant has gotten bad.

I came into the drive-thru late. The women was the cook, the cashier, and the order taker all at once ! She was alone doing everything! She did wonderful and carried herself with kindness and generosity! She was wonderful and needs a raise. I wish I had gotten her name !
