Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has excellent service from the guy at the window and the manager, who is professional and kind. The food is hot and delicious, and the service is excellent. However, the atmosphere is fine but it is an outside only location that could use an overhead cover. Other reviews mention poor experiences with Uber eats orders, specifically the loaded fries being cold with burnt bacon and not fresh. Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes even if order ahead, as it is consistently under staffed. The chicken fingers are unusually small and quality isn’t as good as other locations. Frozen cukes and tomatoes on a salad is weird.
