Ordered a coke zero.
They bring it out and all the ice was melted. So I go up and ask for ice and she tells me they have to charge me for the ice I didn't get to start with. Terrible!

The burgers are dry. It's like they sat there for 2 hours

If there is an award for the worst McDonald’s in Georgia this place is a front runner!!
We were the only customers when we walked in, the wait was still ridiculous then the food was cold.
One employee was pleasant the rest ridiculously loud and rude. If I were the owner and had invested the money for a franchise I would be livid with these reviews.

McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant known for its quick service and hot, satisfying meals. While the drive-thru can be busy and tricky, especially in the evening, the staff, like Rico and Ms. Dee, remain patient and cheerful even during rush hours. The Sweet tea is usually nasty, but the fries are a standout. Despite some issues with cleanliness and the inconvenience of cash-only payments, the food is consistently tasty and orders are accurate. So if you're looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat, McDonald's is a reliable choice.
