Very disappointed with the customer service. It feels like customer service doesn’t exist here. The employees in the drive-thru barely communicate, making it difficult to place an order or ask questions. A friendly greeting and basic communication go a long way, but unfortunately that was missing. Management should invest in customer service training to improve the overall experience.
This made me very mc-mad. We ordered 11 burgers and they gave us 8 and took way to long to prepare the food about an hour of waiting. McDonald's also doesn't have very much meat on thier burgers leaving us mc-hungry.
By far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Employees were so rude. Don’t expect your order to be correct or have any correct sauces in the bag. Food was terrible, frys weren’t even cooked. Employees couldn’t even be bothered to get off their phones to do their job correctly

The Sweet tea is usually nasty, but the fries are a standout. Despite some issues with cleanliness and the inconvenience of cash-only payments, the food is consistently tasty and orders are accurate. So if you're looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat, McDonald's is a reliable choice.
