I visited this place in October of 2023. This was my 1st time ever going to a Hibachi restaurant and I was so impressed. The food was so delicious! I’ve tried other restaurants since then and no comparison. I’m driving back 3 hours just to eat there again.
The food is generally good, but sometimes the service is a little slow. The restaurant tends to run short staffed. Great when you are celebrating a birthday if you’re cook is able to give you a show. If you go there later in the evening on a weekend, or during the week, the cooks tend to just want to cook the food and give it to you. We go there a lot and enjoy it every time, just be specific about where you want to sit, and that you want a cook who does the shop?
We had a great time at Miyabi's. It did not take us long to be seated, but it was on a Monday afternoon. Our server and cook were very friendly and efficient. The cook was personable and kept us engaged. He did a very good job cooking the food for the most part. One little part of the rice was a little hard after being on the hot grill for too long. Everything else was well prepared and tasted great.
