I placed an online app order for a passion passport no bananas add pineapple and strawberries. Pick up time was 4:09. Sent my son in and we waited 15 min after pickup time before he asked if they had my order and they completely ignored him. He came back out and told me what happened and I went in. Order online on 8/14 got to the Waters Ave location and the worker couldn’t find my order. She told me after standing there for 30 mins that I needed a receipt. I showed her my phone and that I ordered online. She stated that they would not be able to give me my order and I would need to speak to a manager. No manager was present.
