I really have a very bad experience, get a room with clogged toilet and sink and when I told front desk staff to help me she was very rude and disrespectful and started to yell at me and used abusive language, not recommended at all.
Very nice place to stay, clean and friendly staff.
Friendly staff. Good location. Pool area was dirty and unkept, and you needed a staff member to let you in. Same for the fitness center. The experience wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great. Not a lot of pride from ownership in the space. Breakfast was nice.
We got there Ms. Monique help me really good with my room on Thursday for a early check-in. Friday no housekeeping service at all which was wrong besides their was nothing on the beds or no sign on the door. Lovely hotel and quite and good money also. Breakfast was good and they keep it up and keep it all the time.
I love this place, great job to the whole crew of workers 👏🏽👏🏽💪🏽
We are staying here tonight. The room looks ok but we have 3 big issues:
The room smells like stinky dog. We are running the air and it helps some but it stinks.
The WIFI simply doesn’t work
The room is dirty. My wife cleaned all the light switches and showed me dirt on the wash cloth.
Convenient location, but this is supposed to be a somewhat upscale brand but it’s not. Haven’t have breakfast yet but you can see from the setup that it’s going to be very limited. Waffle Hoyse it is.
I found Springhill Suites I95 Savannah to be a excellent value. Clean, good breakfast, quiet. My only suggestion is to put friction tape in tub.. quite slippery.
The customer service was terrible. A persistent gas-like odor permeated the room, preventing any sleep throughout the night and utterly ruining my stay. Save yourself the hassle—book elsewhere.
The room was clean the service was fine. The pool area was muggy and wet, not clean at all. We specifically called different hotels in the area to find a working hot tub, and were told that this one works. So once all suited up and down to the pool area to come to a broken hot tub... Warm water with no jets.. oh and no hot coffee in the lobby. Very disappointed for a Marriott hotel.
Clean and quiet hotel. Friendly staff.

Clean and comfy
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so great. Our room was very clean and smelled great. We'll be staying again.
Rooms were not that great. The mattresses sucked. The pillows sucked had loose fixtures in the room. The AC didn’t work half the night employees were more content with their phones and watching something on the computer than they were about guest walking up to the counter. Their continental breakfast was poor at best
Best place to live beside your own home. Love this place great breakfast, great people enjoy our stay.
Customer service was great throughout Duration of stay. Monique and staff were super helpful and made suggestions of places to eat. The room was nice and spacious and the location is very close to a commercial area, the outlets and downtown Savannah is about 20 minutes away. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I really wanted to enjoy the hot tub, so much so that i called before booking to ensure it was in swrvice, but it had an insane amount of chlorine in it so much so that after only being in there for several minutes our eyes were burning, I was coughing and my hot pink swimsuit is now pink and purple - damaged. Overall, I'd stay again because outside of the hot tub, the service and stay was pretty good and the staff were very friendly.
