Sheets were stained and bathrooms were moldy

I stayed at this hotel on June 25, 2025 (yesterday ) and our car was broken into 2 pairs of ray ban expensive sunglasses were stolen, I asked the front desk about cameras and the girl was very rude telling me to lock my doors and no we don’t have cameras , I told her of course I lock my doors I always do especially when I travel to other states ….what an unfortunate event visiting Savannah Georgia for the first time I’m very very disappointed. I felt like the front desk was very unprofessional and excusing me of not locking my car doors instead of being apologetic in this day and age I can’t believe there is no security cameras awful…

Stayed here since it is right off the interstate and we we're just making a quick stop. The hotel was one of the nicest we've stayed at recently. The hallways and our room smelled clean which is our best test on how nice a hotel is.

This hotel was always our go to whenever we travelled. However, this last time, the hallway and room had an odd smell. The a/c was either super cold or blowing heat and the bathroom had visible dirt near the shower door and base boards.
On a good note- the shower had great water pressure and the breakfast was good. It just appears that this hotel is past due for a renovation.

Good Breakfast. Associates are nice. Not far from Savannah Historic District.

Nearby activities: IHOP is next to it. The hotel is on Exit 94 to GA204 Savannah/ Pembroke on I 95. Many other stores are nearby.

Rooms: Surprise! I did not expect such a modern, well appointed, comfortable mini suite. Springhill is very much now on my 'Stay List'.

The first room given the toilet was dirty and had hair. We went back downstairs. We were given a second room and the bath soap bottle was missing from the shower wall and the shower curtain was missing the plastic lining (the first room had it) so I had to put the cloth shower curtain inside the tub to shower. Even then the floor got wet. There was no outlet or USB by the bed table to charge the phones, unlike other hotels. I expected much better for the $ 169 price paid. I won't be going back.

Stay at Spring Hill Suites in many different cities...always perfect. This particular one is just okay..
My complaint at this particular hotel is...It smells too perfumed...the smell from their cleaning products throughout the hotel and in the rooms is overpowering....ppl with asthma and breathing problems just can't tolerate these strong smells! My stay was miserable because of this situation!!
You need to correct this problem!

We had paid for the hotel room BEFORE we arrived to check in and had made us pay once again upfront for the hotel room. The managers assured us that we would receive the money back by the end of the trip but we never did. The hotel is very shady about the whole refund process.

Great place for an I-95 north trip. The staff were nice, especially in the morning at front desk & breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, but for me, the friendly conversation made my morning so much less lonely while travelling solo.
