I went to the Starbucks near gate 10 the other day and I wish I got her name but I didn’t, there was a girl at the register who had glasses, blonde hair, and these really cute earrings with a bee, flowers, and honey jar. She was very kind and patient with me even when I was struggling to know what I wanted. Seeing her with the people in line before me, she kept the same energy taking care of all her customers with a smile and amazing patience and clear explanations answering...

I ordered a shaken espresso but the darn card reader was down so I had to go into the app and order it which slowed things down a bit. My venti cup was less than full so that was a bit disappointing but taste wise was delicious.

Laurel was super nice! We accidentally ordered mobile pickup from the pre-terminal one. We already were past security. She said she'd make it with a screenshot. Her dedication to customer service with a smile sets a high bar for the other locations I have been to. She was very quick and accurate, and methodical with her preparing of other orders in tandem. The manager should pay close attention to her, she has great potential.
