Subway in Savannah

“Aug 2023 - this location must be under new ownership\management. Have stopped here numerous times traveling I-95 and today was the best experience we had. Really friendly husband & wife team working (I'm assuming), clean bathroom. Sandwiches were exactly the way you expect from Subway.“

“My favorite Subway by far. I visited last night after a long day at work. There were 2 people ahead of me with very detailed orders which slowed things down but I did not mind the wait. The sweet young lady working took care of our orders with a smile and very professional. Thank you again for your great service and food .“

Anyway the meatball sub was great! Hot! And the guy that made it was very friendly and all about customer service. You couldn't ask for anything better.“

“Best Subway location in the area by far! I’ve always gotten perfectly made sandwich’s. I usually ask for just about everything on my sandwich and they manage to make it so it’s doesn’t spill everywhere. Foods always fresh, staff have always been friendly and listen and make chit chat if they aren’t crazy busy, and the location is always sparkling clean. I highly recommend them.“

“While one employee was making my sandwich, another came around the corner in the middle of what appeared to be a pre-rehearsed monologue about an incident of underaged solicitation for sexual acts involving a younger sibling. The rendition ended on a self agreed upon plan to shoot the offender “in the head,” citing that “he can be a pedophile in hell.” I was then requested to provide input, which was not part of my cold cut combo order initially. Okay sandwich, but will probably go to Jersey Mike’s next time.“

“I had the most pleasant young lady make my sandwich! Her name was Monique “Moe Moe” she really paid attention to what I wanted on my sandwich, and did it “My way!” Thank you Mow Moe for greeting me as I walked in , smiling the entire time while making my sandwich. And sending roping it all off with a wonderful goodbye. You just do not get this level of service anymore!!!“

“The food was OK its subway. The service was just ok. I was the only one there yet the lady threw my sandwich together like there where 15 people in line. The thing I kept thinking was " that doesn't look like an ARTIST made my sandwich ". Cheese not to the end of the bread. The store is very clean " looked NEW " the strip mall could use some updating I know it's not subway but the building and parking lot look very run down.“

“Been waiting for this place to open for ages. New staff is great. Go there probably 2-3 times a week with how well the service is. They always greet me happily with a smile and never fail to meet or surpass my expectations. Ignore previous reviews this is under new management and great.“

“Jonnettte was soooo friendly and helpful! I have had a few bad experiences with some of the other subways in the area and decided to try this one. It was way cleaner Than any other subway, I’ve been in. The food actually tasted fresh. “Zero stars if allowed! A month ago the guy tried placing two HALF slices of cheese on my daughter CHEESE sub! When I requested more he judged her for being vegetarian and refused stating maybe I needed to just order a REAL sub! Fast forward to today, I placed another Uber eats order and he recognized my name and order. He took it upon himself to write this on my receipt! I’ll be in touch with the owners as soon as I can get their info! This is who you’re comfortable employing?! I’d love to speak with someone willing to help!“

“Under new management and always top notch from service to sandwich. Staff super friendly and efficient, food is always fresh and salads are superb for a sandwich shop. The place is always clean and everything is very presentable from from staff appearance, sandwich station and on into the dining area. The meats are cut daily now and the bread is made fresh daily and all the toppings are fresh as always.Yep, You Gotta Eat Here!

Dietary restrictions: If you are diabetic or otherwise going low carb you can turn any sub into a salad. Perfect option and exchange for bread. ?

Parking: This store is INSIDE the Wal-Mart so the parking option is endless.

Kid-friendliness: They are great with kids here and keep the place tidy and disinfected after each seating in the dining area.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.. no problem.“

“Not sure the mans name that was working so for reference this was sat sept 14th around 4:15…. The worker was very nice and this was probably the best looking sandwich we have ever gotten at a subway it was very clean and wrapped very well! You can definitely tell he cares about his job. He did a very good job we will be back!“

Woman behind the counter deserves an "atta girl" for feeding the teenaged softball player from out of town that wasn't bought anything to eat, and instead had to sit and watch the adult and another teenager in their party of 3 eat. God bless that woman who came to that poor girl's rescue! In conclusion, we've always had pleasant experiences with this Subway. 5 stars to a great crew!!“

“The service was excellent but the lady didn't get our order right. The cucumbers were old and soggy because they didn't have anymore. The lettuce was brown but I have been noticing that at a lot of Subways. Oh yeah, the coupon machine wasn't working as well.“

“As a former subway manager, I have to compliment Aaliyah. She had a very long line of anxiously hungry customers and she used the best time management I have ever seen. She is absolutely great at what she does and I know I could not have pref that off with such skill. Thank you for the timely and yummy lunch!!“

“Don't understand how this location is rated so low. This is my favorite location because the sandwiches are made to perfection. The staff really looks out for the customers as well. Area is always kept super clean and they have 100 on there health inspection score. What more could you ask for? Seems like most people are upset you can't use coupons, but any business can say they don't want to participate... Goes with other restaurants as well. I'll always come back for more!“

“I go to this Subway about once week. It's always clean and the food is always fresh. I prefer this location over the one in Berwick Plaza for these reasons. The family that owns this Subway also owns Lawrel Hill Beverage Center right down the road, which I frequent more than the Subway. If you want a sub or some quality beer or wine, visit both locations!!“
