“This is my 1st time visting this location and I felt so bad for the young man who was verbally attacked with nasty words from a customer who was upset because he couldn't use a coupon? How the ever, the young man did not respond to the insults and still provided the nasty customer excellent customer service. This location was clean, the food looked fresh and they have the double chocolate chip cookies? so I definitely will be back? A+“
“The subway workers here deserve a raise. There’s no way they are paid enough to deal with the terrible s*** talking customers. There have been multiple times where I wanted to fight the people i was waiting in line next too because they have zero patience and respect for the employees at this location. Just today there were 2 different people trying to call management or video tape the only employee working behind the counter during peak dinner hours. What do people expect when they come to a food place during the busiest time??? There’s a very likely chance of there being a short line at any food place. I hope subway management comes in to work at this location to see what these employees have to go through everyday. Anybody complaining about the hard working employees here needs some compassion and a reality check about what the food service world is like. Please be kinder to the people making your food.“
“Alright, so I'm bored, and I plan on reviewing every place in Hinesville. This is hands down THE subway to go to! I come here on my lunch breaks, and the service has been phenomenal every single time. The workers are always super nice. 10/10“
