“Went in to get sweet teriyaki chicken, left with a genuine smile on my face. Was waited on buy a super nice lady named Kayla, who did a really great job waiting on me and taking my order and preparing it. Very professional. Very attentive and made the experience a really enjoyable one, which makes a customer want to come back. What a difference being waited on by someone who is actually "there" in the present moment. And not talking on the phone or texting or carrying on a conversation with other coworkers at the same time- as other franchises I've been to do alot. “Always the quickest place to stop in for lunch. Parking can be tricky at peak hours, but usually, the spots out front don't stay full very long. The restaurant business seems to be taking it especially hard right now, keeping good help and spreading the workload equally well, so stress levels are high. However, the two employees that were there the afternoon of the 14th pulled together and were managing things like a great team, a little late in posting, but I didn't want them to go unnoticed.“
