“I picked up my order from this location on April 23 2026 about 2:30pm. My order was ready when I arrived but they didn't have a couple of the cookies I ordered. Both of the girls working there were very sweet and apologized for not having the cookies. It was no big deal but I really appreciated the attitude of these ladies. They understand customer service! Kudos to these ladies, keep doing what you do!“

“Love me a nice sub that is well wrap with great customer service and they got it only problem sometimes the products are not well fresh and they need to learn after each sub they make they need to change glove such as when they handling to different meats.“

Was waited on buy a super nice lady named Kayla, who did a really great job waiting on me and taking my order and preparing it. Very professional. Very attentive and made the experience a really enjoyable one, which makes a customer want to come back. What a difference being waited on by someone who is actually "there" in the present moment. And not talking on the phone or texting or carrying on a conversation with other coworkers at the same time- as other franchises I've been to do alot.
