Subway in Savannah

“My favorite Subway by far. I visited last night after a long day at work. There were 2 people ahead of me with very detailed orders which slowed things down but I did not mind the wait. The sweet young lady working took care of our orders with a smile and very professional. Thank you again for your great service and food .“

“This was the best subway sandwich I have ever had. I ordered for pick up and was shocked when I grabbed it, it felt firmer than any previous subway sandwich I have ever had. I opened the sandwich and it was the most beautiful sight I have ever seen. Perfect ratios and golden bread, exquisitely placed with care. Also dude making it was super respectful!“

“Brittany at the Subway inside the Pilot on Dean Forest Road makes the best sandwich out of any Subway Sandwiches Artist in all of Savannah. She knows exactly how much to put when you say lite sauce and how to chop the peppers to perfection and toast the bread just right. She deserves a raise for being the best at what she does. “Best Subway location in the area by far! I’ve always gotten perfectly made sandwich’s. I usually ask for just about everything on my sandwich and they manage to make it so it’s doesn’t spill everywhere. Foods always fresh, staff have always been friendly and listen and make chit chat if they aren’t crazy busy, and the location is always sparkling clean. I highly recommend them.“

“Good lord this place is CLEAN!!!!
I met the owner and he works in there and the the area on his side of the counter is so clean, also. There isn't food and empty buckets like at every other Subway in Savannah.
I highy recommend this particular Subway for 100% satisfaction.“

“Very clean and nice place. Don't live in the area but swung by on my way hm from the dentist to pick up a sandwich. Was greeting with smiles from all 3 employees and hello as soon as I walked in. Employee said she has never seen me before which indicated to me she took notice of her customers which was nice to see.“

“Zero stars if allowed! A month ago the guy tried placing two HALF slices of cheese on my daughter CHEESE sub! When I requested more he judged her for being vegetarian and refused stating maybe I needed to just order a REAL sub! Fast forward to today, I placed another Uber eats order and he recognized my name and order. He took it upon himself to write this on my receipt! I’ll be in touch with the owners as soon as I can get their info! This is who you’re comfortable employing?! I’d love to speak with someone willing to help!“

“She was verbally disrespected by a customer and never once broke her composure. Calm, professional, and completely unbothered—then proceeded to make one of the best-looking and best-tasting sandwiches I’ve had in a long time.

Best sub I’ve ever had from there and the fastest timing that I’ve gotten my food and I have been disappointed in this store so many times throughout the years I’ve been going to the store with my grandparents. I remember them messing up on my order. I’m going that far back. This is just meant to be silly, but I really did need to come here and let you guys know that Trevon Really did an amazing job“

“The food was OK its subway. The service was just ok. I was the only one there yet the lady threw my sandwich together like there where 15 people in line. The thing I kept thinking was " that doesn't look like an ARTIST made my sandwich ". Cheese not to the end of the bread. The store is very clean " looked NEW " the strip mall could use some updating I know it's not subway but the building and parking lot look very run down.“

It was way cleaner Than any other subway, I’ve been in. The food actually tasted fresh. “I had a great experience at this Subway location! The staff was friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. Everything was fresh from the bread to the veggies and the toppings were well stocked and neatly presented.
The restaurant itself was clean and organized, and I didn’t have to wait long even though it was a busy time. I also appreciated how the employees worked quickly while still paying attention to detail.

“As a former subway manager, I have to compliment Aaliyah. She had a very long line of anxiously hungry customers and she used the best time management I have ever seen. Her name was Monique “Moe Moe” she really paid attention to what I wanted on my sandwich, and did it “My way!” Thank you Mow Moe for greeting me as I walked in , smiling the entire time while making my sandwich. “Solid crew here—always friendly and more than happy to get your order right. As a vegetarian, I usually dread having to remind workers to change gloves after handling meat, but at this location I don’t have to worry about that (except with one person, occasionally). Most of the staff are careful and respectful, which makes the experience so much better. Sandwiches come out fresh and exactly the way I want them. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a sub with less stress. Only downside is they don’t accept coupons in person, though you can still apply them through the app or online (a little loophole if you want to save).“
