“3 employees and the one working at the register was taking a large catering order and the other two were in the back, not sure what they were doing but I was on a 30 minute lunch break and I had to use 10 minutes waiting to give my order this was at lunch time.“
“The gentleman behind the counter, I believe his name is Eric, was amazing tonight. He was working by himself with 7 people arriving at the same time 15 minutes before close. He was still kind, patient, and friendly. He was upbeat and made the sandwiches extremely well. I would go back anytime he’s working.“
“Firstly, I'm not a native to this city and I used the mobile app to make my order. What I didn't know is that there are two subways roughly a mile apart from each other. The one I thought I placed the order is in a nice spot that makes getting in and out a breeze. The actual place that I mistakenly ordered to is rough. Not to say that the eatery was dirty, but it was uninviting. It'll need a revamp if all possible visually. Nonetheless I have no problems with the food there. 👍“
