The space was clean, and the sub professional was attentive and patient with me (I didn't know which sub I wanted) and helped me to choose. I had to leave a tip after such a rewarding Steak Sub experience.
Good food but bad customer service. It's ok this story doesn't have the reward program, but the way he said it is like the customer is a trouble or d**** plus the ignorance and the attitude in the end. Also work in the customer service area y'all Definitely need some training for this esp if that man is a manager.
