“This is mostly for the lovely lady that helped me with my order. I hope I heard her name correctly, Fatima. If that’s not right, I apologize, but she was fantastic! Apparently, a “dasher” picked up my order and it was never delivered, and it was never delivered nor was I given a status update. Since I ordered through the Taco Bell app, I had to call the store to check the status of my order, because they use DoorDash for deliveries, for whom doesn’t respond to messages. I felt like I was genuinely taken seriously, and she remade the meal and gave it to the next driver. She even followed up to make sure that I received my order. This is the definition of great customer service! Thank you so much!“
“Guessing I got there during shift change so they was not taking cash and no human service instead you were directed to a kiosk for service, which is ok I guess but sometimes human service would be great especially when you are standing right in front on the person. Overall the food is great and the interior was clean and nice. Service is to be desired.“
“This was the best experience I have ever had in a Taco Bell. They just brought back the Quesarito for a limited time, so I got two. Me and my bf went in and ordered on the screen and were approached and asked how we were doing, then when we went to go wait for our food some acknowledged me immediately and let me know the freezes would be out any second. The food then came very shortly after and they were so kind. They made them perfectly, everything was evenly distributed, unlike how most taco bells just slap things on. It was amazing. Then as we’re eating, someone checked in and asked if everything was okay, which you never see in fast food places most of the time. All of the employees seemed to work together so positively! 10/10 highly recommend!“
