Taco Bell in Savannah

“There's a lot of Taco bells in this area and this one definitely always has the best and high quality food for Taco Bell standards. I definitely drive out of my way to make sure I go to this Taco Bell over any other one. And they're always very kind and quick. I've never had to actually sit in a very long drive-thru line here, which is a common thing at Taco Bell but not here“

“This taco bell is farther away from my house, but I chose to drive here. They are always friendly & my order always is correct. I haven’t had good experiences at the other ones in the area, it’s good to know that this is one I can rely on!“

“This is mostly for the lovely lady that helped me with my order. I hope I heard her name correctly, Fatima. If that’s not right, I apologize, but she was fantastic! Apparently, a “dasher” picked up my order and it was never delivered, and it was never delivered nor was I given a status update. Since I ordered through the Taco Bell app, I had to call the store to check the status of my order, because they use DoorDash for deliveries, for whom doesn’t respond to messages. I felt like I was genuinely taken seriously, and she remade the meal and gave it to the next driver. She even followed up to make sure that I received my order. This is the definition of great customer service! Thank you so much!“

“Guessing I got there during shift change so they was not taking cash and no human service instead you were directed to a kiosk for service, which is ok I guess but sometimes human service would be great especially when you are standing right in front on the person. Overall the food is great and the interior was clean and nice. Service is to be desired.“
