“Came in from Texas while visiting family here in Savannah, and if you know me, you know I LOVE my super teas! I spotted this adorable tea shop and had to stop in and check it out — and I’m so glad I did! No regrets here! The teas were absolutely DELICIOUS. I always like to do a little research to see which drink is the favorite, so I went with the “Island Girl,” and it was a 10/10 for sure! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of smiles, which made the experience even better. Fingers crossed for “Best of Savannah” — you all definitely deserve it! We’ll be back next time we’re in town for another visit!“

“We were visiting Savannah (like everyone else) and stopped here to buy some tea. The selection of teas is quite vast, but the staff was incredibly helpful in navigating them, and providing some helpful insight. We tried some teas that were unique to the shop, and really enjoyed the entire process, from learning about tasting notes, to trying some varieties, and ultimately drinking some while we walked around Savannah. The prices are very reasonable for high end teas, either bagged or brewed for a cup in person. We’d go back in a heartbeat.“

“My husband and I lived in Scotland for three years. We absolutely loved going for high tea. We have tried three different places for high tea since moving back to the US and all three were so disappointing. Today we decided to give Gryphon a try and we were not disappointed! I had the cinnamon tea and it was wonderful! We loved all the sandwiches and desserts. The clotted cream and the scone was the closest to Scotland that we have had in the US. Our server Aditya was an exceptional waiter. He told us about the history of the building and was very knowledgeable. Wish we lived closer. We would be coming back all the time!“
