We dined at The Fitzroy in Savannah, GA, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. We were seated on time, and the hostess was friendly and helpful. Our table was back-to-back with another, which gave us some privacy, but it became a bit awkward since we kept bumping into the people behind us when shifting in our seats. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but definitely noticeable.

My boyfriend and I went to The Fitzroy for dinner out on Saturday night for the first time. We were enjoying the experience with great food and service. Then it fell apart when a group of four older women arrived. They seemed to be known to one of the servers and were seated next to us. Well they were the loudest and most obnoxious group of diners who made the rest of our meal hard to enjoy. They were so loud my boyfriend and I couldn't carry on a conversation. No one...
For a $19 boulevardier, worst I've ever had. The manhattan was decent. We had the brussel sprouts for an app, and the flavor combination was odd... the mint did not seem to go with the other flavors. The halibut was okay, however it arrived cold. The steak had a lot of gristle and was overcooked - for the quality of the dish, it should be a $25 meal. The fries were average and the mashed potatoes with gravy were the highlight of the meal and I would only give those a 7 out...
