St. Neo's Brasserie Reviews
Went to St. Neo's today for brunch at 12:45 reservations but got there early. They were prompt and able to see us right away. Waiter came by pretty quickly and took drink orders. Before drinks came, he came and took our brunch order. We had 5 adults and 2 kids. 2 people ordered the smoked salmon, 2 people ordered the Croque madame and one person got French toast with a side of scrambled eggs. 30mins later with empty water.no food, we keep waiting. Should be good in theory. Waited over 45 minutes for brunch to be served after we ordered today. 5 adults, 2 kids. Kids scrambled eggs were cold. French toast was very basic. Salmon plate came with chive cream cheese that was literally cream cheese with a few chives sprinkled on top. Croque Madame was decent, but sauce was grainy. Added 20% large party gratuity and my brother in law asked to have it removed as not one bit of service was deserving of 20%.

St. Neo's Brasserie offers an impressive dining experience with a variety of creative and delicious dishes. Standout meals include the incredible diver scallops, flavorful yellowtail tuna with Panko and wasabi mash potatoes, and the light yet flavorful crabcake. The burger and hanger steak are a must, always cooked perfectly. The fish special, branzino over ratatouille, is spot on with the fish cooked perfectly and the ratatouille serving as a great bed for the fish. The food is fresh, delicious, and to die for, with very interesting presentation. The cozy atmosphere and great downtown location add to the overall experience, though some guests feel the ambiance is not super lively. Customers have reported that the service is generally great and attentive, though it can be a little slow at times. Chef Jacob is known for his warm hospitality and personal touches, often accommodating special requests for guests. While the restaurant is highly recommended, a few diners have noted that some dishes, like the gnocchis, did not meet expectations. Overall, St. Neo's Brasserie remains a lovely dining option, especially for those looking for exceptional food and personalized service.
