I had the Alabama catfish dinner; it totally was not I expected. the fried catfish was cooked perfectly; it was on a layer of collards and under that was cheese grits. i.ve never had catfish plated that way. but it was amazing, now you might need to be from the south to enjoy this. I did not miss a bite. but the combination was absolutely delicious. We ate upstairs on the patio, it was a little chilly and windy, they had heaters and it made it comfortable.
