We loved Troupial! We felt like we were at a fine dining brunch with the fine china and fancy water glasses. The coffee, drinks, food and pastries were great! We can’t wait to back!
The service experienced at Troupial was severely inadequate, awkward, and left much to be desired. Despite my anticipation to try the food, the experience was marred by a number of issues.
Firstly, the waiter displayed a cold and uninterested attitude throughout the meal, failing to even offer a smile or basic cordiality.

Troupial On the Fly offers fresh and flavorful food with great service. The staff is helpful, friendly, and quick. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, great for relaxing. All seating is outdoor and there is no public bathroom.
The menu features excellent arepas, with the chicken and beef versions called phenomenal and delicious. Other items include the bombon, golfeado, corn empanadas, a guava pastry, a cream cheese danish, and piñita bread. The corn empanadas, including beef and beans with plantains, taste really good. For drinks, the cappuccino and lattes are perfectly made, and they use eco-friendly cups. Note that the hours are 7am to 7pm.
