Wingstop in Savannah

“Honestly, I've never been a fan of the chicken at Wing Stop, but the carrots, fried corn and ranch are my thing. So with that being said, I rarely go to Wing Stop.

I placed a Door Dash order and everything was just giving old. My boyfriend's fries were the worst they were literally the bottom of the fry basket fries. Just pieces of what used to be.

The only reason I'm giving them 4 Stars is because they replaced my food with ease and I even got a little extra which was appreciated. They weren't rude when I called and they didn't ask me a million questions either.

Also the victory drive location is TRASH they will mess up an order you placed in store right in front of your face.

So Abercorn location… great way to resolve the issue on managements side and the regular employees as well.“

“Looking at the other reviews not sure if they’re confusing this location with the other Savannah location. Ordered from here twice and the food was good and actually done on time. People were nice and had 0 issues. Best Wingstop option out of all the locations by far“

“I'm writing this review based on service as a Doordasher, not as a customer because I eat mostly fish and vegetables. I had a dash at the location on Victory Dr. and the store was packed with people waiting for their orders because they were short staffed. There were only 2 seasoned servers and the others were newbies who didn't have experience at the counter or making the food. The manager was overwhelmed with orders but she and her other seasoned employee were diligent, orderly and kind despite the urgency to fill orders. I waited over 30min for the Dash order but in the end, the client was thankful that I waited for them. They gave me a generous tip for my time and care. The big takeaway is that the Wingstop staff persevered through a tough night and didn't close early due to being shortstaffed and overwhelmed! Kudos to their professionalism!“
