I ordered an 8pc combo and got a 7 pc. My food was very cold and the fries were soggy and there also was strands of hair in my food and my drink tasted weird and watered down. First and last. Just was trying to try something different very disappointed.
This is my second time getting food here and my last. Both times the wings were cold and fries were soggy mush like soaked in grease and cooked at too low of temperature. They have forgotten to give items that I paid for both times. I made sure to check the second time and found they had forgotten my fries. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes after waiting 1 hr for my order so 1hr 10 minutes. The workers there have no work ethics, yet I assume they want higher pay. So many employees...read full review
