We’ve been regulars at YP Sandfly for years and love the Pizza. The old place was run down, so we looked forward to trying the new place. Well,
after our first visit, I miss the old oven! Evidently, the new one gets really hot on top but not on the surface. All my pepperoni was puddled with grease; to the point I had to remove it with a paper towel.
The bottom of the crust was white and undercooked, so the crust was doughy. The few cooked spots had a weird taste.
