“I ordered boneless wings with a ranch cup and they gave me bone in wings along with 2 large pizzas, one specialty and the other pepperoni. The pizzas were great, cooked good, a very generous amount of toppings, and a good sauce to cheese ratio. The crust is really good as well, I rarely eat the crust but I ate this crust for sure! The wings I ordered well done and they came out with a smokey flavor. The people inside were all nice and attentive, the parking lot is a part of a strip mall and it can get tight when it's full, but I ordered online and was in and out with no problem parking in the front. I'm not sure when they close but the open sign was off outside, but they're definitely open.“

“This place blew my mind! Idk how they did it, but not even 2 minutes after ordering and just getting to sit down, they called our order number. Thinking it was the drinks that were ready, I got up, but it was the FOOD! We ordered 30 wings (3 different kinds, 10 of each) and they came out before the drink! Say less, chicken was hot hot too. “Joey D's has extraordinary service. Angelia was phenomenal. She kept our glasses full without asking, and she kept our table cleared so we could have room. She was prompt and just on top of everything. This is not to say that other servers aren't good because they are. It's her delivery and syle that I think sets her a part from the pact. If you're a regular and have had her, you know what I'm talking about. She's really good! The food is fantastic. I really would like to see Joey D's add asparagus, sautéed spinach, and braised collards to the menu. The mushrooms and carrots don't work. It doesn't pair well with the BBQ entrees and definitely not the steak. I'd also like to see a tomato bisque and bruschetta offered. The French Onion soup is extraordinary and probably the best on that side of town. It's definitely in the top 10 among Atlanta eaterys. Other than that, this is a great establishment. The service is extraordinary and the food is good. You won't be disappointed.“

“Amazing customer service ! My first time was memorable . I started with 6 wing combo and was happy to hear I get to select two flavors. My first was classically lemon pepper . I asked to try the Louisiana rub and they gave me a wing not just the sauce . I liked it. Then a customer told me he comes daily and that I should try the Brazilian citrus which wasn't on the menu. Wow. Secret flavors ?!! I received my order and even got an extra wing * for a total of 8* simply amazing wings and fries��Allison is great!“

“I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, it fell a bit short for me. While the service was exceptional, truly a 6 out of 5, with the young gentleman at the front being welcoming and the older gentleman in the back incredibly kind and polite, the pricing felt steep compared to similar options in the area.

For example, an 8-piece family fried chicken is priced at $30, and a 2-piece order costs $10, which is nearly double the cost of other halal spots nearby. Do note the chicken is of very good quality. Hormone free, vegetable fed and no antibiotics administered. During my visit, I ordered an 8-piece wings with fries. While the food was good, the dim lighting inside made the atmosphere feel a bit gloomy, and at first glance, I even thought the place might be closed.

That said, I really appreciate the effort and hospitality of the staff. If they were to adjust the pricing a little bit and perhaps brighten up the space, this spot has great potential to become a local favorite.

“They only had 4 items at opening and as I was deciding, the manager says "it's only 4 items, it's not that hard." I ordered a burger without cheese but received a burger with cheese, so I guess it was that hard. 🤷🏻‍♂️

JJ's Fish and Chicken is perfect for family gatherings, birthdays or just a night to chill. The chicken and fish is fried to perfection everytime, but the true game winner is the white powder they give you at the end. They protect this powder with a chain for a reason. “I had them today for the first time through DD & my food was great. I ordered the hot honey rub which I now love. I had garlic Parmesan as well which I didn’t care for as they were too oiley and probably should’ve stuck with all hot honey. Needless to say I will be ordering again as everything was good. My drink wasn’t filled to the top it was missing maybe 15-20% of soda.. I wasn’t going to drink it anyway bc I had one at work. One more time for the hot honey rub 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾“
