Very poor customer service! Food under cook and the management there needs to be changed. To be in the area this store is in customers should get better food quality and service!
Stopped there for lunch. The food was good but the dining room was a mess. The floors were dirty , the tables and condiment area sticky. The poor counter person was left to work waiting on everyone while the manager was playing on his phone. I thought the manager was finally going to help but he was only making his own lunch and walked away as the customers were piling up. The manager doesn’t understand he’s part of the staff and should be helping.
