They replaced all the shopping carts recently. Unfortunately, they were made for much taller people than me. I asked if they had kept any of the lower buggies so I could shop. I was told no. I'm in pain most of the time so what seems silly to many is a real problem for me. I drive so far that I can't always give an accurate pick up time so prefer to go in. I'll shop elsewhere except for the few times I have to have something & then use pickup IF it's free. Too bad they didn't keep just a few of the old carts for us height challenged folks.
This Sam's location customer service is excellent over in tire & batteries. Im glad I came to this location. Had a flat tire and the guys set me right! I was literally in and out....Thanks Sam's.

I bought a diamond wedding ring set that went missing a diamond less than three months, but Sams refused to take it back because it’s pass 4 days warranty. I’m now stock with a piece of JUNK THEY SOLD TO ME! What a shameful and horrible experience for me. SAMS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF TO SELL JUNK TO CUSTOMER!
