“Our small gathering on the 6th of December was heavenly. This young lady was sweating and smiling so I had to photo her. The overall experience was great with Service and the Atmosphere was breath taking. The food was exceptional except the desserts were a little dis tasteful, but, I had eaten so much it could be my palate. “Stopped in for a quick afternoon beer and had a great time. Emma at the bar was amazing — super welcoming and let us try a few drafts before we decided. Their beer selection is strong, with plenty of interesting options to choose from. The outdoor patio is perfect too, really open, sunny, and just a comfortable place to kick back and enjoy a drink. The whole vibe is relaxed but fun, and it’s one of those spots that makes you want to stay longer than planned. Drinks were cold, service was friendly, and the energy was just right. Definitely a go-to if you’re in the area and looking for a good beer and a chill patio experience.“

“My friend girl brought me to this restaurant for my birthday. I had the turkey ribs, collards, yams and Mac and cheese and the bread pudding, we even tried the fried green tomato,she had the turkey wings. OH ! My gosh the food was sooo, ( never heard of nor had a turkey ribs) it was so tender and the sauce was point on. I don't mind paying a good piece if the service and food is great. When I left this restaurant I took a picture and posted on Facebook, telling everybody I know about this fabulous time at this place and they got to try it out. “I love coming here for karaoke on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights! Jake, the host, is absolutely fantastic; he’s always smiling, courteous, and brings such a positive energy to the room—you can usually catch him on Saturday nights.
I also want to highlight the bar staff. Billy is a total rockstar and always takes great care of me. He wasn't in tonight, but I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan for the first time. He was great and handled the busy rush really well (he is also quite attractive, which admittedly made me a little shy when ordering!).
The only downside for me is the indoor smoking, as I’m not a big fan of the smoke. However, the incredible staff and entertainment almost make up for it. It's definitely a great local spot“

“I’ve been to the Vortex quite a few times, but tonight they really knocked it out of the park. Sky gave incredible service! Burgers? Out of this world. Mothercluckin chicken rolls? A must try. “I stop in here for lunch once a week. The staff remembers me, the food is great and it comes out quick. I like the grilled chicken sandwich.

They have several TVs so I am able catch up on news and sports while I am there.

Also ample free parking.“

“I had a fantastic night for my first time visiting Johnny’s Hideaway!! I’m disappointed to see some of the more negative reviews, I can’t say I experienced anything unpleasant, but I can’t deny it may happen to others. I’d still recommend Johnny’s for a fun night out dancing to some classics and watching people have a great time; the drinks were nice and strong, the set was bumpin, and the disco ball was shining! The women’s bathroom stalls are a little on the small side but they were fairly clean even later in the night. We don’t get food, but I’ll definitely be back to try some.“

“We eat here on occasions and whatever we get is very good. We enjoy the small pepperoni pizza. Its perfect. Watching sports, have a drink, eat wings and pizza is always a great time. Its a clean place most of the time. I do, go back over the table and menus with disinfectant wipes cause theres been times they have been sticky. BUT everybody is kind and friendly. We will be coming back.“

“Im not from Atlanta but when im in the city Whisky Mistress was my favorite stopping point until last time I went. Music great, drinks great, people everywhere but too many tables. You can even dance because they sold too many tables. The dance floor is like a hallway now.
