Cafe Lucia Reviews
Nothing about this place is good. The food is mediocre. Pretty sure the pastries come directly from Costco. The coffee is on par with what a gas station serves. The last time we got ice cream here, it tasted freezer burnt. Something is wrong with their ventilation system because it’s smokey and smelly inside.
The decor and furniture is worn. The windows are smudgy. Everything is just…dingy.

This coffee shop is run by teenagers paid minimum wage & treated unfairly and it tastes like it. The coffee is bitter and undrinkable. I’ve seen their baked goods being toted in from Costco. Smyrna deserves better and I’d love to petition to remove this business and replace it with a real coffee shop.
Nice cafe, in Smyrna. I’ll definitely be back.

Cafe Lucia is a small, cozy coffee shop located in Smyrna Markey Village, featuring ample seating and a vibrant atmosphere enhanced by artwork throughout the space. While some customers have noted slow service, many appreciate the delicious food options, especially the breakfast tacos with spiced mango BBQ sauce and the egg bowl. The drink menu includes popular choices like the lavender honey ice latte and sweet lavender matcha, alongside strong mimosas. Although the coffee and food offerings have received mixed reviews, with some menu items criticized for not meeting expectations, the customer service has been praised as amazing. The cafe is kid-friendly, offering a play area with small tables, chairs, and books for children. Additionally, it is wheelchair accessible and has a good number of parking spots available. While there are vegan and vegetarian options, the absence of vegan or vegetarian meat alternatives has been noted as an area for improvement. Overall, Cafe Lucia shows great potential and could benefit from refining its offerings and attention to detail to fully meet customer expectations.
