Well you know it's just a drive-thru burger joint what you see is what you get. I worked in the fast food industry for 20 years and kind of have an eye for things. From the drive through I ordered about 3:00 in the afternoon immediately drove to the window and you can see the friars from your car. I saw the young lady what's a pair of thongs taking the chicken that I ordered and putting it back in the fryer to heat it up. And then take it out to make my sandwich. Instead of making a new one trying to save money in the middle of the afternoon. So the sandwich was just so so it would have been a lot better if it was fresh. So again you get what you pay for

I visited your location at S. Cobb drive today and the older African American lady (I assuming she’s the evening Manager), is absolutely rude for no reason. I visited that same location about a week ago and her behavior was the same. When taking your order in the drive through, she is very short with you. When you get to the window, she will not greet you or utter a word. I said hello and thank you & she won’t say anything back. Just rude all around for no reason. When you visit during the daytime, the experience is so different. Why have her even dealing directly with customers if she is unable to interact with them in a professional manner? Funny enough my food is good/fresh but the food that they told me to wait for/pull over to the other window is not coming and I’ve been sitting for about 10 min . I’m the only customer and I hate when I can look in the window and see the employees eating while I’m waiting for them to serve me

I haven't been to a Checkers in ages. These ladies blew my socks off with great hot garlic parmesan wings, perfect signature fries, and all right before closing. 10/10. Will visit again.

Unfortunately my chicken nuggets were cold and stale and my fries were as well. My burger was fine. They made that fresh but the rest of it was not good. And there's something about the staff at checkers It reminds me of waffle House. Lots of drama.

I was just here,at this location- I e had Checkers before,back home in Houston Texas- I went to the window to order,Lady just stood there looking at me- I waited 5 minutes,and walked away- I was ready to order my food,a #2 Buford - I can’t stand it when people treat me this way- You’re supposed to be in Customer service- But What exactly did I do wrong? Will not be going cmback to this location- period
