It was a Friday. It was busy. I noticed that people called in orders. Food was pretty good for a last minute choice. They were so open and that was great. I observed that there was a technical issue with their system. Because of it, the orders were out of order. But the guy who served me, made sure that I didn't want too long for my order. I don't think that I'll visit again.
This was my second time trying this place, and I found a staple in my food. Thankfully I caught it before swallowing, but this is unacceptable! With so many good reviews, I honestly expected better. This will be my last visit here, I CANNOT recommend this place.

The lady at the front today 8/23/25 at 3:52pm extremely rude and you need to find people to work for you that don’t have an attitude. She was very rude and disrespectful when I questioned her about the price because I was there three days ago and ordered the exact same thing and the price was different when I questioned her about it. She got extremely defensive, had an attitude and pretty much basically ignored me when I was asking a question and rudely handed me my receipt I won’t be coming back here anymore based off of her service alone just because she was extremely disrespectful. You guys need to hire someone that has a little bit more respect when it comes to your customers. She made my experience uncomfortable and didn’t care to check anything or resolve anything. Handed me my check and said i don’t know and shrugged her shoulders and said she doesn’t know and my check is what it is. Next time speak with more professionalism and be more courteous also get some insect repellent because there was a roach walking across the counter. I threw my food away as it’s not sanitary and I will be calling my bank

Me and my boyfriend come all the way from Kennesaw to get food from here!the food it delicious!And the portions are HUGE and the price is fair! I love Hibachi and if you actually want good quality food you would normally have to go to a Japanese restaurant and get waited on at a over priced restaurant that wouldn't even give you a large portion of food for how much you are going to end up paying for it. But at Hibachi Express is amazing!! It's considered fast food And they have a drive thru as well as a dining room if you wanna eat there. The restaurant is very very clean in the back where they cook,tables are clean ,floors are swept and mopped and bathrooms are very clean as well.You can even call and place the order over the phone ,at the register register,at the kiosk, or through the drive thru. I wish they would open another location closer but it's worth the 30 to 40 min drive. Oh ya and they are open really late which is awsome
I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained this restaurant is. The food was delicious, and the portions were very generous—definitely more than I expected for the price. It’s a great spot for a quick, affordable meal without sacrificing quality. I will absolutely be returning!
