I'm new to the area! this was my first time trying Hibachi Express, I must say the food is absolutely delicious! It was also great that we got a free sushi roll with orders over $40. I definitely will be back!
Unsanitary I was beginning to like this place until an incident today. Everything was going just fine through the drive thru until an employee came to clock in on the shift. Usually I don’t pay attention but today I noticed the employee walk in the door and instantly sneeze and proceeded to clock in. Didn’t wash his hands or anything. I’m positive the coworkers either saw or heard him sneeze using his hands to cover. I guess the lady was instructing him to give me my beverage and food vs her just walking over to the window and handing it to me vs letting the unsanitary worker hand me the items. Disgusting experience. I was so annoyed vs asking for a refund or causing a scene soon as I drove off I threw it out the window. Last time going there after today. Tips to the restaurant next time don’t let the person who sneezes or coughs in their hands be the one to handle the customers food or if they do I don’t know maybe instruct themTo go wash their hands if you’re going to put them in charge of handing items over to the customer

Pleasantly surprised in our search for our new go-to take out Chinese restaurant since we moved to Georgia last year. This restaurant has a foot in three separate worlds.. Japanese, Chinese, and Georgia (focus on wings). Their sauces on their Asian dishes reflected the blended origins and I liked their slightly modified Teriyaki sauce. We had two orders of the House Special Yakisoba Bowl which includes shrimp, chicken, beef and vegetables on top of noodles. I liked this dish a lot. The vegetables were cooked about right, not too mushy and not too raw. Shrimp and chicken were good for a fast food place. While reasonably tasty, the beef was a little tough. My preference when working with similar cuts of beef is to slice it thinner or even julienned and cooked quickly. The dish was cooked to medium well and next time I would order it medium. We order one order of Hibachi Chicken which came on a bed of rice instead of noodles. My wife liked the rice and I liked the noodles better, both were lightly to moderately flavored that balanced the items on top. We all had chicken egg rolls which were pretty good. We will try this place a couple of more times before it becomes our go-to, but it is our number one so far. I hope they can match this visit in the future.By the way, the folks behind the counter where we paid and picked up were friendly and very pleasant on this trip. The counter area and eat-in areas were clean and decorated with an oriental theme without going to extremes.Parking: Parking on two sides of the building with the drive through and pickup lane closer to the building itself.
I ordered mild lemon pepper wings... ok so there is no lemon pepper taste, the wings are red and there is a juice in the box with no taste. I called and was given some explanation about sauces being mixed... why is there a sauce? I won't be back.

The owner of this restaurant is rude. He would not let me use the restroom, he yelled at me, he called me stupid, and when I sat down to wait for the food....he continued to yell at me and call me stupid. Not only did I not get my food but he made me leave the restaurant because I had a problem with the way he was treating me. This is absolutely horrible customer service and this man's business should be shut down.
Great service number 1 and size portion was more than I expected which is great.I’m going back I suggest you try it.
