“You know the food is good when you (as a Mexican American) walk in and see other Mexican families eating here! The absolute best hole in the wall on this side of town. I will not go anywhere else after finding this gem. Birria tacos are so delicious and flavorful. Have not tasted a consomé with this much flavor before. Highly recommend !!!!!!“

But if you’re tryna get that late night order without extras or customizations, they will charge you for them and fail to provide; because they don’t care? Probably sheer ignorance… come for the lunch crew. Refrain from the late night - I dont thinka givah crappers. Please try to step it up ya’ll, it’s food. Imagine you’re making a burrito for yourself. “We tried Senor Tequila based off a friend's recommendation. We enjoyed it very much! The food was delicious, the salsa was very tasty, & the tequila was HUGE! The only "issue" was the oh so slow service - it took awhile to be seated, to be waited on, to get drinks/ refills, for the food to come, to get our check, anything that required an employee to take care of was extremely slow 🐌. The slow service definitely took our overall experience down a notch but, should we be in the area and looking for a place to eat, we are likely to dine here again; maybe they were just having an off night with their service. 🤞“

“The Border Mexican Restaurant is where it’s at if you are looking for great food and even better service. I ordered the Tacos Carne Asada and they were on point. Salsa was really good with just the right amount of heat. The absolute best part of eating here was by far the service provided. My server, Mario, was exceptionally courteous and had a super nice attitude. If the food doesn’t bring you back to this establishment, the customer service will!“

“I’d say it was a good experience overall, staff was very polite and courteous and the food was quite nice.However, the menu card was sticky. Might need to be wiped consistently or just move to QR codes, especially post COVID. Had to use hand sanitizer afterwards. The restaurant could also use some more ventilation and air freshener. The bathroom also could use some upgrade and consistent cleaning. It felt like a gas station bathroom, the better ones, not a restaurant bathroom.“
