I've worked in food service previously for almost two years; at some of the busiest restaurants in Gwinnett county. I know how hard it can be to work in fast food, but this experience was disappointing. They were rude to my mom. The cashier had an attitude after my mom waited a long time for someone to answer at the drive thru order station. The cashier was not courteous nor professional. I went through the drive through and ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and got a microwaved sandwich. I should have known it was microwaved by the fact that it came within 2 minutes of me ordering.
