I gave 4 stars because they forgot to give me my drink. This has happened a few times at Cookout. if you’re going to the window at cookout, make sure you get your drink before you drive off.
I love this cookout and the people that work there. They are always very nice and fast. But… like clockwork everytime I go to the drive-thru they forget one part of my order. Tonight is the 4th time in a row they forgot to put fries in the bag for part of my order.Before that it was quesadilla 3-4 times in a row as well. I have brought this up at the establishment itself in person but nothing has changed. Please check your order when dining here.
This is the only place in the area that I'm aware of that has peanut butter milkshakes available. Their hamburgers are better than the average fast food. Their prices make them stand out. And I keep coming because of that. Their atmosphere only gets two stars because there's often groups of teenagers right outside using foul language regardless of the children around them. Cook out doesn't do much to stop it.
