Ms. Cindy looked into the situation, showcased empathy, made sure to cancel the order and explained the refund timeframe. Thank you Cindy for such EXCELLENT customer service. “Love café maiko! I love it so much I’ve been 3 times in my first 10 days of trying. The mango sticky rice matcha & banana matcha are so good. Mango sticky rice sundae & mango or matcha soft serve are also my favs! Pls open earlier :)“

“Gold Bunny Donuts are soft, fluffy, and packed with amazing flavors. Everything tastes like it just came out of the fryer, with real ingredients and zero greasy aftertaste. The half dozen I grabbed was top-notch and worth every bite. That said, while the donuts are good, I wouldn’t come here again. The prices add up fast and it’s not big like I was hoping for. Solid one-time visit, but not a regular spot for me. I would skip the drinks.“

“I'm very happy to have a cozy coffee shop right at my doorstep. I tried the sausage croissant and it was absolutely delicious. The waitress was very fast and I could get my coffee right away. She always wore a smile and the service was excellent. I will definitely recommend it to many Chinese people to come and try it.“
