Placed the order ahead using the app. Arrived to pick up 15 minutes after and order was still not started. Waited another 25 minutes with getting an attitude from one of the workers. They stopped by order to start an order fur a walk in customer. Yes I spoke up politely but this is not the first of this sne experience.
Service was amazing I was greeted at the door, there was one young lady who made me and my relatives sandwiches perfectly and she was very kind
Please. Please. Please. Make sure their is enough staff to clean while others fulfill orders : In-person or online..
My first visit this summer, there was dried meat and lettuce above the meat case. The employees were nice though.
Today, 3 online customers that entered after us were greeted while we stood in line. No greeeting. Not even We will be right with you or anything. The sandwich board and slicer were both filthy.
