We went through the drive thru and used our book mark coupon for free kids meal! My kids were pleased. Although they did forget to include the kids meal prize in one of our bags it's not necessarily a big deal we will be back to claim the prize soon!
The food was not fresh, and the manager’s attitude was very unprofessional. Although she apologized for how she came across, I feel that as a manager, the situation should have been handled better from the beginning. However, I do want to acknowledge that the cashier was very friendly, bubbly, and provided great customer service.
The food is your typical fast food chicken tender joint. I've had mediocre to excellent experiences with the employees here. The parking is absolutely horrible with limited access and spots due to drive thru traffic. To make matters worse a good portion of the parking spaces will often be populated by people still in their cars waiting on their pickup orders.
