Girl at the window act she was having a bad day and didn’t want to be bothered. Tried the new bacon sandwich. It was soggy with a couple pieces of old bacon, terrible. Will not be returning here.

Lady at the window was rude and not paying attention! Meal costed $24.93 which most of the food went into the trash.My husband stopped by to pick us up some lunch. He ordered a crispy chicken club meal/combo and large roost beef meal/combo. He asked to have extra ice in the drinks, but the lady did not do it. So he reminded her again as she was about to hand him the drinks. Her reply to him, "Sir, there is nothing that I can do about it!' Really!!! Food was COLD!!!My husband had to take his roost beef off the bun and use our bread to make a sandwich; heated the meat up in our microwave. I had to throw away the tortilla shell that my crispy chicken club was wrapped in. The shell was to hard and old!! I did pick the chicken out to eat. Both order of fries went into the trash!I use to love eating at Arby's, however, the last few times were not good. So, we will not be back! My advise is to check your food before leaving. Good luck Arby's! Please bring back the wonderful Arby's that use to be!

The girl at the window was rude. The beef and cheese sandwiches I got only had about a teaspoon of cheese on them. The fries were cold and hard. I wanted to add to my order at the window some macaroni and cheese bites. She said not order was ready I would have to go around and come thru the drive thru again. There wasn't anybody waiting in line behind me either. Hope Statesboro has 2 Arbys like they have 2 of alot of the other restaurants. Cause I'm not sure i even want to give them a second try!!

I went through the drive-thru around 6:30pm, I was the only one in line outside and no one inside, I paid for my food then I was asked to drive around to the side doors to wait on my food. I waited about 10 mins they brought my food out, I Assumed my food was going to be fresh and hot, but I was so WRONG!! This wasn't a good one visit!! They could do better!

The family and I stopped by during a rain storm to be greeted by a friendly voice and interaction in drive-thru. We were pulled up for our food to come out, but it was fresh, delicious and on point!

I dont ever reviews things but here am I just to share about how terrible this place is. I ordered food in the drive thru then never got it. Eventually left. They take my money then say to pull to double doors. I pull around and see that it's completely full, nowhere to park. So I go up a lil farther towards the front/side of the building. Still in 100% PLAIN AND CLEAR view from the double doors. 20 minutes no food I call and ask why. They say they couldn't find me in the parking lot. Blatant lie. Nobody was out there looking. If they did they'd see me literally the only guy just sitting in a car in the parking lot. Later after terrible customer service and a sassy girl on the phone flat out refused to bring me the food. She said you can come in with that attitude and hung up. And it was just a simple 7 dollar order of 2 gyros. Like just give me my food. Cut out the lies, phone games, and unnecessary attitudes. The employees that work here need to be fired or at least retrained.

Ordered 2 good burgers and one was well done and the other was medium rare. Employee's told me that is how it is suppose to look even though the other burger was well done. Employee's were rude and refused to make me another burger or give me a refund. Anither employee told me that people come in here complaining about the pink burgers all the time and said that they can't keep giving everybody refunds. Inside of building was also disgusting. I do not recommend.
