The girl at the window was rude. The beef and cheese sandwiches I got only had about a teaspoon of cheese on them. The fries were cold and hard. I wanted to add to my order at the window some macaroni and cheese bites. She said not order was ready I would have to go around and come thru the drive thru again. There wasn't anybody waiting in line behind me either. Hope Statesboro has 2 Arbys like they have 2 of alot of the other restaurants. Cause I'm not sure i even want to give...read full review
I went through the drive-thru around 6:30pm, I was the only one in line outside and no one inside, I paid for my food then I was asked to drive around to the side doors to wait on my food. I waited about 10 mins they brought my food out, I Assumed my food was going to be fresh and hot, but I was so WRONG!! This wasn't a good one visit!! They could do better!

Every time I go through the drive thru, no matter what I order, I have to drive around to the other side and wait for them to bring out my order...I mean ain't nobody in line behind me...
