You need to do away with the automated/robot ordering system at the drive thru. For multiple reasons. One it's very annoying, to the point I almost just drove off and went somewhere else. 2 other people did drive off because of it while I waited on my food. The other reason is it trains your employees to not interact with customers. When I got to the window the only thing she said was the dollar amount and when the food was done she just shoved her arm out of the window. Not a thank you or anything. It makes your entire customer service garbage. After having horrible service the food was not even worth eating. Burger was cold and dry and the chicken sandwich was just okay. If I come back here, I will drive off if I get to the order board and you still have a computer taking the orders!

Went through the drive tru as the app states to pickup a Doordash and the lady at the window REFUSED to give me the customers order. I was the only person in line. She said it wasn’t allowed at drive tru window and I stated to her that I done it the night before and that the app also tells you that. she still refused and demanded I go to the walk up window then proceeded to run away from the drive thru window and into the back door. At 11:20 at night and being rude talking and demanding me the way she did, I refuse to use the walk up window in an environment like that. Very unprofessional

The drive thru is really slow. How slow was it? Glad you asked. I could have putchased property, bought a herd of cows, raised them from little calves, fallen in love with them, been unable to process them, gone vegan, spent time missing a burger, decided I wanted a burger again, made my own...and that would have been faster.

This establishment gets a one across the board. I spent 37 dollars for two medium meals and two separate chicken sandwiches. Now you would think i would receive fresh food HA! HA!. Not a chance. Not only was it a rip off in price, but the food was horrible. The chicken was hard, old, and slathered in mayo to cover it up. My order was wrong and when I had to get out to get it right they still gave me the wrong thing. Maybe I should have ordered the wrong thing and it would have been right. It's a straight up no for me

Just left this location and while the worker was pleasant, what does it take to get the correct order? We ordered five wings and y'all only gave us three... It's not that difficult to count to five and whoever made this order clearly knew they didn't put five wings in the bag... Won't be going back
