3/1 @10:05 waited in drive through until 10:29 . Ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers no bread and a large fire. Workers were being slow and slacking this place needs major help! I got out car and went up to window and asked what's up? She was nice and finally got my food do better yall!!! The white girl was sweet and handed me my food finally lol. Maybe they just need help.

It was just alright. Both sandwiches were incorrect. I had to go back thru the drive through to get it corrected.

We got here and already did not like the AI system we said we need a minute and it kept asking us what we wanted so we asked for a employee and the lady was extremely rude, told us to wait while we were trying to order, and we asked what was on the cheese burger she said "isnt it in the board" which it was not so she told us very fast and we left. This is not how you should treat paying costumers. We will not be returning.

I placed an order online and got home and realize they did not put the meat on one of my hamburgers, which is the main ingredient! They also completely forgot a burger from my order. Also, when I called to let them know what had happened, the manager was a "smart-ass" with me. Horrible employees, manager, and experience.

Took a break from work and went here to grab something fast to east bc I didn't want to drive far, let's just say I should've just eased on down to McDonald's or anywhere else. 1st off the automated (Ai) worker or whatever they call it, got in my last nerve, bc when u edit ur sandwich it gets confused so a worker had to step in and place my order, which I got the 5 mix n match make it a meal. I spent a lil over $8 which was a waste bc my sprite which I got without ice was flat, the fish sandwich was a lil hard around the edges and nasty which the grease more in likely need to be switched out (I worked fastfood before so I know when items are cooked in none rotated or burnt grease). The hamburger was also nasty and had a taste to it, I just can't explain. Besides that, it was just ughhhhh. The fries were the only thing I enjoyed. Ever since they moved to this new location, the food has been nasty. They need their old crew back from when it was at their last location. I will not be eating here again. I thought since the last time I ate here, it would've gotten a lil better, but it seems worse. I want waste another penny here. Forgot to add also that the drive thru service is very slow.

If I can give zero stars then I’m good the manager Kristen stated she just come too get a check meaning she ain’t care about my order being wrong from start too finish I came too checkers at 9:38pm on 12/5/2024 and didn’t leave until 10:20pm then two of the employees was outside smoking and my order wasn’t even cooking I’m highly upset the crew who worked night shift on 12/5/2024 is straight garbage

Food was great once we got to order it at the window. The computer could not get our order correct. We will pass on returning as long as we can not speak to a human. As long as it took to get to the window, I think everyone was having to do their orders at the window.

Automated order taker!!! I get it that the computer is definitely friendlier than the staff but still I am not a fan.

I forgot to take photos but I got the number 4 and it was pretty good. Did not like the AI ordering system. It takes a lot longer to order and just feels like a hassle over a real person. We also a wrong drink possibly because of the AI.
