I go to Chick-fil-A fairly often. According to my app, I've used the mobile thru at this location 11 times since late June, shortly after its opening. I don't think I'll be going back to this location, as it's slow and I have missing items more often than not. It's not been slow every time, but the line moves slower than the Northside drive location, and I've never gotten any of the condiments I requested, and I do mean never. Additionally, this time the order on my receipt was somehow different than my order on the app, but I can't fault the staff for that.

I just got home from ordering at this location and my fries were extremely cold. Also, my chicken sandwich was overcooked and extremely hard to eat. I will not be returning. I will go to the other chick fil a location near Walmart.

I visited the new location in Statesboro, late in the evening, and your staff was just as friendly and professional after a long day. The food was hot and tasted great.
I’m here in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene and as one of the only places with hot food open, I am not surprised that this restaurant is running at top capacity. That being said, everyone working deserves SUCH A RAISE. The service is incredible, the food came out so fast, and it’s delicious beyond compare. On my first bite of waffle fry I wept tears of joy. David, if you’re seeing this, please give everyone here a bonus.

I went and got breakfast at 6:30am on September 25, 2024 (today) and when I got home and checked my food the chicken patty on my chicken biscuit was the smallest I have ever seen a breakfast chicken patty!

This Chick-fil-A had some of the best service I have ever experienced. The food was immaculate and the atmosphere was wonderful. The young man who took my order was an absolute pleasure and a great smile. Even though he was working out in the heat he was just a joy. Thank you Hayden!
I’m a 3x week cfa eater but the food I received at this location was not edible. Turned my stomach so bad I haven’t been back to any cfa in 3 months…..very unusual for me. Maybe they can get this one sorted out because I loved the fast mobile lane.

Slowest chick fil an ever which is very disappointing considering it’s new and in a great location. Just sat for half an hour. Absolutely ridiculous.
