Love the atmosphere, the option to order yourself and not have to interact with so many people (for the introverted and anxious people like me), and the taste of the cookies! The only thing that knocked off a star for me was the presentation of the cookies. So happy they opened this chain here. This location is very clean with friendly staff. The rotation of cookie types is always changing but everything I’ve tried is amazing. They are BIG cookies also.

The cookies are always a pleasure but the customer service needs work. I have been to this location twice and have never been greeted when walking into the location.Even when I speak the employee seems to be in a bad mood. Regardless of their mood I always thank them for their service and for them to have a great day/night.At least the store is always clean.Parking: If you do not find a parking spot near the store you have to park in the wider parking lot.
